Dear Dr Kosinski and Staff:

Best wishes to all for the new year; and, thanks to all of you, especially Dr. Kosinski, for creating my new smile and for doing such a fine job on my dental implants.

At my first visit and every visit thereafter, everyone, including those at the front desk, the dental technicians, and those in billing, treated me warmly and professionally. Jessica was also especially helpful and competent. She clearly and patiently explained processes and procedures and inspired understanding and confidence.

Any apprehension and anxiety about the implant process soon dissipated after meeting Dr Kosinski, who took the time to provide a brief summary of his background and his experience with dental implants. Also, his enthusiasm for his work and his commitment to his patients was clear and encouraging. I left the office feeling confident and eager to begin the process and was amazed that I was able to drive myself to and from all visits.

Dear Dr. Kosinski,

I would like to start by thanking you for my new Nobel Biocare dental implants. When I found out that my tooth roots were rescinded, I felt helpless. The fear and trauma I was going through was extremely difficult. The psychological impact was intense and I was constantly worried. I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel.

There were many things wrong with my teeth and I was getting so much conflicting advice. It was difficult to eat many types of foods and I had a lot of tenderness along the entire front of my mouth.

Now, I have a beautiful smile, and my teeth look better than ever. I can eat pretty much whatever I want, no tenderness!!! The procedure was painless and beyond my expectations.

I am so greatful, Dr. Kosinski. If it were not for your expertise and compassion this could never have happened. Thanks also to your caring staff and of course the wonder people at Nobel Biocare. It has truly been an honor.

Good day Dr. Kosinski:

Just a short note to tell you that Susie and I are getting along just fine after the extractions and implant surgery. We just took a couple of Ibuprofen and used the ice packs religiously during the day and are not experiencing any pain or discomfort.

We both want to tell you how much we appreciate your kindness and caring when dealing with us. It is a comfortable feeling to hear your voice during the procedure. I don’t think I know of another Doctor with the kind and caring attitude that you have for a patient. If only other doctors in all the professions could have these attributes, medical care would have a much better name out there in the public.

Have a wonder trip out west, and only the very best for you and your family.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for all that you have done for my son Jonathon Essenmacher. As a 17 year old kid, you know the challenges they face in life, let alone with poorly done dental work. You are a lifesaver.

After going through the trauma and shoddy work at another Dental office (which shall remain unnamed for the purpose of this letter), Jon was willing to accept a less than adequate result on his bridge for his 6 front teeth. He basically didn’t want to go through the pain and suffering he had experienced at a less than professional office. With a high smile line, it was affecting the way he would act and react when laughing or smiling.

One of the greatest parts of his visits to your office to fix the problem was how you explained everything to his mother and him in a way they could understand. You put Jon at ease during the initial visit, and on subsequent visits he told me how he experienced no pain whatsoever. What a difference a doctor makes!!!

The aesthetic result couldn’t be more natural. The lab you work with is wonderful and does fantastic work.

I will do everything in my power to encourage others to go with a respected, skilled, professional dentist such as yourself and to stay away from the ‘discount shops’. Like my father always used to say, “you get what you pay for”.

Thank you again to you and your staff for how well you have treated Jon. It was such a wonderful experience for him. You are beyond incredible.

Dear Dr. Kosinski:

It has been about two months since you operated on me for a full lower implant. As of this time I am enjoying the best chewing of the past thirty years. I am able to chew meat of any kind completely. I have had to swallow all kinds of food practically whole for many years, thereby, causing me to have an upset stomach. This is truly a new and wonderful feeling. A few weeks ago I bought and ate peanuts for the first time in years. I have not found any food that I cannot chew in comfort.

For may years I have had hurting in my jaw hinge joints from over closing. That has been corrected with the implant and new dentures. This in itself is a wonderful feeling.

I wish to thank you for the skill you have shown in performing this operation on my mouth. I look forward to a new quality of life in the years to come. I never thought this was possible again. I thank you.
