Meet Dr. Kosinski
Dr. Tim Kosinski received his second Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition from the Academy of General Dentistry. The LLSR acknowledges the continued achievements of AGD Mastership recipients who recognize the need for continuous learning and to stay active both in organized dentistry and their communities.
He is currently the Editor of the AGD journals and is honored to have been named editor of IMPLANTS TODAY, the implant publications of DENTISTRY TODAY.

A few days ago I was told I needed to have an implant done because my crown broke. Hearing that at first scared me a little. I didn’t know what to expect. I thought this was going to be hard. I was referred to Dr.Kosinski,so I started researching him a bit to make sure he was as great as I was told. Well my first visit was today and I am so thankful I was told about him. He and his staff are wonderful. The doctor himself is even better than what I had heard and read about. He was very informative, answered all my questions and never once did I feel rushed. Above all else I left there today feeling confident that I’m in great hands and lucky to have gotten to meet such a great dentist and an amazing staff:)

How often should I visit the dentist?
If you want to maintain a healthy smile, make sure to visit your dentist at least twice a year for a professional cleaning and exam. Dr. Kosinski may recommend that some patients come in more often, such as those who have crowded teeth or are especially prone to cavities. But for most patients, coming in every six months is enough to keep their smile healthy.
What if I have dental anxiety?
Many patients suffer from dental anxiety and avoid getting the care they need as a result. Thankfully, Dr. Kosinski offers IV and oral sedation to help you feel relaxed during treatment. No matter which option you choose, Dr. Kosinski will monitor you closely and ensure your safety. With the help of sedation, you never have to feel anxious about visiting the dentist again.
Can I bring my child?
Our practice is a family-friendly dentistry and Dr. Kosinski is happy to treat patients of all ages. If you just want to bring your child with you to your own appointment, that’s perfectly fine too. In fact, we highly recommend bringing your child to the dentist from an early age, as this will help prevent them from developing dental anxiety in the future.
