Bleaching

Tooth whitening is one of the simplest ways for you to achieve a more youthful appearance or brighten your smile. It’s easy, affordable and painless! We provide at home whitening treatments delivered with a tray so that you can whiten while you sleep. In office whitening treatment uses innovative lights and technologies that brighten your smile right in the office in about an hour and a half.

Bonding

Bonding is a simple treatment that we use to fix chipped teeth, lighten their color and even make over your smile. Either your front or back teeth can be bonded. Treatment is fast, allowing us in one visit to give you a more youthful smile and replace old metal fillings with an esthetic material that should last for year.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Tooth colored inlays/onlays and veneers are also bonded restorations used to replace your fillings. They often require 2 visits. We use these to improve esthetics where your tooth requires additional strength or reinforcement.

Crown & Bridge

Crowns or caps are designed to look and feel like natural teeth, and they are a great option when you desire a more dramatic change in your appearance. We can significantly lighten the shade of your teeth, correct spacing problems and achieve beautiful esthetics, particularly if your teeth have been more severely damaged. Bridges are multiple attached crowns used to provide lasting replacement to missing natural teeth.

Composites [tooth colored fillings]

Tooth colored resin is bonded [attached] to a tooth to fix chipped teeth, lighten their color and even make over your smile. Either your front or back teeth can be bonded. Treatment is fast, allowing us in one visit to give you a more youthful smile and replace old metal fillings with an esthetic material that should last for year.

Dentures

Full Dentures [plates] are also an option when you are missing all of your teeth. Partial dentures may solve the problem when there are not enough healthy natural teeth left to support a bridge. Dentures can be stabilized by attaching them to dental implants in many cases.

Implants

Dental implants can replace missing teeth much like an orthopedic surgeon can replace a deteriorating hip. We anchor the implant into the jaw, where it will later retain an artificial tooth, or crown. This will allow you to regain the ability to bite, chew and talk naturally and smile confidently without harming your adjacent natural teeth. Click here for more information.

Myofacial Pain Therapy [TMJ]

Myofacial Pain Treatment [TMJ] is therapy for facial muscle pain, ear pain or pain around the joint of the face. Often mouthguards can be fabricated to relax these muscles and are used as a tool in preparation for other dental procedures.

Oral Cancer Screening

In our continuing efforts to provide the most advanced technology and highest quality care available to our patients, We are proud to announce the inclusion of the ViziLite* exam as an integral part of our annual comprehensive oral cancer screening program.

One person dies every hour from oral cancer in the United States - and the mortality has remained unchanged for more than 40 years. Alarmingly, more than 25% of oral cancer victims have no lifestyle risk factors. Clinical studies have determined that using ViziLite after the standard oral cancer examination improves the clinician's ability to identify, evaluate and monitor suspicious areas at their earliest stages. Early detection of pre-cancerous tissue can minimize or eliminate the potentially disfiguring effects of oral cancer and possibly save your life. Proven screening technologies such as mammogram, Pap smear, PSA and colonoscopy offer the same types of early detection of cancer. ViziLite is an easy and painless examination that gives this practice the best chance to find any oral abnormalities you may have at the earliest possible stage. This technology is the only FDA-cleared device for the identification and monitoring of oral abnormalities that could lead to cancer.

Oral cancer risk by patient profile is listed below:

  • Highest Risk: Patients age 40 and older and lifestyle risk factors (tobacco use); patients with a history of oral cancer
  • High Risk: Patients age 40 and older; tobacco users of any age
  • Increased Risk: Patients age 18 - 39

Perfect Smile Orthodontics

The PerfectSmile™ system integrates five advanced elements of dental care:

  • Invisible braces move teeth in weeks rather than years. Using an invisible aligner, teeth are moved into their correct position, improving health as well as appearance.
  • Tooth reshaping using lasers or air abrasion technology to create symmetry & balance.
  • Tooth whitening for brighter, whiter teeth, that instantly look more youthful and appealing.
  • Laser recontouring of the gums, because healthy pink gums are the frame around every perfect smile.
  • Porcelain restorations replace ugly silver fillings or gold crowns, close spaces, reshape and permanently whiten teeth.

Periodontal Treatment

Periodontal treatment is important to achieve and maintain healthy gums and is provided by our experience hygienist and doctors.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers allow us to predictably enhance your smile. When you want that Hollywood smile, these strong, durable restorations are the treatment of choice. They work well for patients with misshapen or crooked teeth, severe discoloration, and other esthetic imperfections. Veneers are thin slivers of porcelain we bond directly onto the surface of your front teeth. Two visits are all that are necessary for that beautiful smile.

Root Canal Treatment

Root canal therapy is a technique where the nerves of teeth are removed and replaced with a plastic like material called gutta percha. This allows the patient to maintain their teeth, yet eliminates tooth pain.

Sleep Sedation

For those patients who are overly anxious and nervous about their dental work, medication is given to you before the treatment. This puts you into a semi-conscious dream-like state from which you awake after the treatment is completed. You will need to have someone drive you home.
